Lets Make it Official
Once we’re aligned on the details, we’ll move forward with signing the contract. This step formalizes our agreement and secures your wedding date. It’s all about giving you peace of mind so that you can focus on enjoying the planning process.
Questionnaire
To tailor my services to your unique needs, you'll complete a detailed questionnaire. It covers everything from the wedding timeline to family dynamics and must-have shots. This ensures I capture all the moments that matter most to you.
Your Wedding Day
From the moment I arrive, my goal is to blend in seamlessly, capturing the essence of your special day while you enjoy every moment. I’ll start with the pre-wedding preparations, documenting the excitement and emotions. As the day progresses, I'll cover everything from the ceremony to the reception, focusing on candid moments, emotional exchanges, and all the details that make your wedding unique. You can be assured I’ll be there capturing the natural flow of the day while also taking those essential group and couple portraits, ensuring you have a beautiful and comprehensive collection of memories to cherish.
After the Wedding
Once the wedding day is over, my work continues as I meticulously review and curate the images. I carefully select and edit the best moments, ensuring every photo reflects the beauty and emotion of your day. This process takes a bit of time, but it ensures each image is perfect and ready to become part of your cherished memories.
Delivery of the Gallery
When the editing is complete, you’ll receive a link to your personalized online gallery. This gallery makes it easy to download, share, and print your photos. You'll have a stunning collection of images that tell the story of your wedding day, beautifully captured and expertly polished.
Albums and Wall Art
After receiving your gallery, you’ll have the option to create stunning wall art to display your favorite moments. To celebrate your special day, you’ll enjoy a 30% discount on select albums for a limited time. This is a perfect way to preserve and showcase the memories of your wedding day in beautifully crafted keepsakes.

The Fine Art Book is quite simply a showstopper. The Fine Art Book is printed using the latest pigment inks on matte fine art paper and open out flat with an almost invisible crease.

StoryBook
With the Storybook, thanks to the 100% cotton handmade Amalfi paper, you will print on paper sheets with the characteristic deckled edges. The layout must be simple and elegant, with one or more pictures per page but always keeping the empty area around them. Our StoryBook is available in Vertical (8×12″ - 20x30cm) and horizontal (13×10″ - 33x25cm).

How far in advance should we book?
Most couples tend to book around 12–18 months in advance, especially for popular summer weekends, as dates can fill up quickly. If you already have a wedding date in mind, it’s always best to get in touch as early as possible to check availability.
Your date is officially secured once the contract is signed and the 50% non‑refundable retainer is paid. At that point, I reserve the day exclusively for you and won’t take any other bookings for that date. Booking early simply gives you the best chance of securing the coverage you want without any stress.
Do you require a deposit to secure the date?
Yes — a 50% non‑refundable retainer is required when you book. Once the retainer is paid and the contract is signed, your date is fully secured in my calendar. The remaining balance is due four weeks before the wedding.
After the deposit is paid, you’re welcome to spread the remaining balance through Pay It Monthly. This allows you to make manageable monthly instalments, with a small service fee to cover the provider’s charges. The full balance must be paid before the wedding date, and the plan simply needs to remain in good standing.
Do you shoot destination weddings?
Yes — absolutely. I’m more than happy to travel for destination weddings, and we can chat through all the details during your consultation, whether that’s in person, over the phone, or via an online call.
Whichever package you choose, additional costs will apply for travel and accommodation. These vary depending on the location, and I’ll always be transparent about them before you book.
How many photos will we receive?
Every wedding is different, so the number of photos can vary. Factors like the length of your day, the size of your guest list, the pace of events, and whether you choose to have a couples’ portrait session all make a difference. Some couples prefer to skip the portrait session, which naturally means fewer images — and that’s completely fine.
As a general guide, I photograph your day thoroughly and deliver all the meaningful moments. I don’t set a strict limit; if it’s a moment worth keeping, it’s included.
How long does it take to receive our gallery?
Your full gallery is typically delivered within 6–8 weeks, depending on the time of year and my current workload. Every image is edited individually with care to ensure the colours, tones, and overall style are consistent with my portfolio and true to your day.
I also send a small “sneak peek” selection within the first 1–2 weeks, so you have something to enjoy and share while the full gallery is being completed. Quality is always my priority, and I take the time needed to make sure your final collection looks beautiful and polished.
Will there be a second shooter?
You can add a second shooter when booking your wedding day. This will allow us to capture greater coverage of your day that one shooter would not be able to do alone. For example, the main photographer can be photographing the wedding couple while the other captures details and guests.
What kind of gear do you use?
I use professional‑grade cameras and lenses, along with full backup equipment, so your day is covered no matter what. You can relax knowing that if anything unexpected happens, I’m prepared and ready to keep capturing your moments.
I also bring a range of lighting options to handle every situation — from bright outdoor ceremonies to low‑light evening receptions — ensuring your photos look beautiful throughout the entire day.
Do I have to order prints through you?
Not at all — you’re welcome to print your photos wherever you like.
However, ordering through me ensures the most accurate results. My full workflow is colour‑calibrated from capture to delivery, so when prints are ordered through my professional lab, the colours and tones are exactly as intended.
Every screen displays colour differently, and many devices add their own contrast or saturation. So if you choose to use a third‑party printer, just keep in mind that I can’t guarantee how their machines interpret the files or how the colours will appear in print.
Do you offer albums?
Yes — absolutely. I love albums. Screens can vary a lot from one device to another, even between two of the same model, which means colours and contrast won’t always appear exactly as intended.
There’s nothing quite like seeing your photos printed. Albums and prints are created with true colour accuracy, so you experience your images the way they were meant to be seen. They’re also the best way to preserve your memories — long after social media platforms change or disappear, your album will still be there for future generations.
What happens if you’re ill or unable to attend?
In the extremely unlikely event that I’m unable to attend due to illness or an emergency, I will arrange a trusted professional photographer to cover your day. If a suitable replacement cannot be found, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
